People know that fluids will encounter resistance during movement, causing loss of mechanical energy. How big is this resistance and what factors are related to it? Generally, we use the resistance inside the fluid - viscosity to describe it.

From household cooking oil and cosmetics to crude oil, chemicals, light industry, building materials, coal, metallurgy, transportation, national defense, aerospace and other fields of the national economy, the influence of viscosity is indispensable. The viscosity of crude oil reflects its complex flow state underground. Studying the viscosity under different temperatures, pressures and geological structures in the strata can achieve reasonable exploitation and increase crude oil production. INTRODUCTION

BEVS Intelligent Krebs Viscometer is a laboratory instrument for measuring the viscosity of liquids and is particularly suitable for Newtonian fluids and most non-Newtonian fluids such as paints, lacquers, adhesives, pastes and inks. It uses a constant speed motor to drive the stirring paddles (spindle) at 200 r/min. The moment of resistance to the rotation of the stirring paddle in the sample under test is converted by calculation and expressed as a KU value. The instrument is widely used in the coating industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, automotive industry, laboratories, etc.


FEATURES

This BEVS 1133 Intelligent Krebs Viscometer (Manual) can measure the viscosity range of 40-141KU, easy to operate with humanization design. With touch screen control and manual lift, it can measure the sample temperature and also display the test environment temperature in real time. Designed with a spindle quick-change structure, the spindle can be disassembled and installed with a single click to improve work efficiency. The base with magnetic suction improves the accuracy and stability of the measurement. During the test, measurement display unit: KU, g, cP are displayed simultaneously, the start time of the test can be preset, the real-time display of the measured viscosity and time relationship graph and the output of the measurement report (optional) are supported.
