This Automatic 3D Sample Sprayer can switch between the panel holder and cylindrical workpiece rotating table with one click, so that the workpiece can move left and right, front and back, up and down, rotation and other directions, so as to complete the spraying of the flat/shaped workpiece, reducing the spraying dead Angle.

It solves the problem that the current XYZ-axis linkage structure has limited movement directions and cannot drive the spray gun to spray at all angles of the workpiece to be sprayed, resulting in dead Angle for spraying.

It achieves accurate processing of complex curved surfaces during spraying. While ensuring spraying accuracy, it saves raw material loss and labor costs, 360° rotation makes spraying work easier and faster.

During operation, the control system can set the appropriate rotation speed and moving speed of the rotary table according to the size of the workpiece to ensure that the surface spraying of the entire workpiece is completed within the set time.
